Free USPS Ground Shipping
All Rachio 2-Pack orders ship free via USPS Ground within the continental United States.

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM PST ship next business day
- Business days: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. You can track your package at USPS.com.
International Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States. International shipping is not available.
Shipping Restrictions
- Cannot ship to PO Boxes
- Cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii
- Requires signature confirmation for orders over $100
